Wally Tablit (He/Him/His), owner and principal consultant, is a recognized leader in the field of Disability Supports and Disability Justice with over 27 years of experience. He is a local and national speaker, trainer, and consultant on best practices around community integrated employment, organizational development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Wally has worked with numerous organizations across the country - and internationally - to evolve innovative practices, develop and grow leaders, and create a thriving culture of welcoming and belonging.
Wally has served on various disability and corporate boards, including National APSE (Association of People Supporting Employment First) as their first Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer on the Executive Committee. He is an engaging community connector, collaborator, and partner. Wally identifies with many intersecting identities and lived experiences and is proud to live authentically. He holds a BA in Rehabilitation and an MA in Counseling and is a certified DEI trainer and specialist.
